Las Dalias Ibiza

Shop, eat and have fun year-round at Las Dalias Ibiza

Less than a kilometre from the village of San Carlos sits the iconic hippie market of Las Dalias Ibiza, an embedded fixture on the island since its inception in the 1950s, when it was home to a dance hall for locals. Beginning in the 70s, hippies living in the area began to gather at this venue once a week to have jam sessions and sell crafts, encounters which, due to their popularity, coalesced in the mid-80s into a weekly hippie market. Today, the events held at Las Dalias have become one of the top attractions in both Santa Eulària and Ibiza itself.

With some 300 stalls offering everything from crafts, fashion, jewellery and accessories to gastronomic products, décor and gifts, Las Dalias Ibiza is held every Saturday throughout the year, although the number of venders goes down somewhat in the offseason. During the summer, there are also night markets that set up on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays, not to mention the famous Namasté event on Wednesday evenings.

A hippie market not to be missed

Along with Hippy Market Punta Arabí, the market at Las Dalias Ibiza is one of the musts on your first trip to Santa Eulalia and Ibiza, so slot it into in your agenda if you haven’t been to the White Island yet. Ditto if you’ve already visited us, because you’re sure to find a special gift or design at Las Dalias Ibiza. The premises have several eating areas where you can have a meal or a just get a coffee, and there is always live music during the markets. An entertaining outing for all travellers, families too.
